"Fladero" (the "Service", "the app", "we") is software for furniture design, cut-list calculation, panel optimization, hardware and quotes, available at fladero.com. The Service is provided by Kristian Iliev, Bulgaria (the "Provider"). Contact: [email protected].
By purchasing a license, activating the app or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The license is personal and non-transferable. One license may be activated on up to 2 computers, 1 tablet and 1 phone used by the licensee. You can swap a device yourself, at most once every 7 days. Sharing a license key with third parties violates these Terms and may lead to deactivation of the key.
Payments are processed by the Whop platform (whop.com), which acts as the merchant of record, collects the payment and charges and remits applicable VAT/sales tax. A receipt/invoice is issued automatically by Whop and sent to the buyer's email. Prices shown on the product page exclude VAT; the applicable tax is displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop membership settings; access remains until the end of the paid period. After expiry the app switches to read-only mode — your projects remain on your device and can be viewed and printed, but editing is locked until renewal.
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless performance has begun with your express consent (activating the license), whereby you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal. If you have not activated the license, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via Whop or at [email protected]. If you have any problem with the app, contact us — our policy is to help until it's solved.
Updates are delivered automatically and are included in the price. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted. The app also works offline; a periodic internet connection is required for license verification.
You may not: share, resell or lease the license; extract, decompile or copy the app's code; circumvent licensing or protection mechanisms; use the Service for unlawful purposes.
The app, the Fladero brand, the logo and all materials are the property of the Provider. The projects and data you create in the app are yours.
The app is a tool that assists design work. Final verification of dimensions, construction and safety is the user's responsibility. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or wasted material. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on fladero.com. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
Payments and related personal data (card, billing address) are processed by Whop under their privacy policy. We never see or store card data.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage only for: license status, your preferences (language, theme) and your projects.
License records are kept while the license is valid and for up to 24 months afterwards. Support emails — up to 24 months from last contact.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: CPDP, cpdp.bg). To exercise your rights: [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
